Trading Signals

Q. What trade types do you use?

A. The service focuses on signals for the Touch or No Touch trade types.

Q. How are the signals delivered?

A. Trading signals are delivered via Email. We send signals to the email address you supply us with at sign up.

Q. What expiry times do the signals use?

A. The expiry time is detailed within the trading signal. Typically we leave trades open between 1 to 7 days.

Q. What time zone are the signals sent in?

A. Signals are sent in GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). If you are outside of this time zone please check that you will be able to place the signals prior to signing up.

Q. What return do you target on each trade?

A. Typically we target a return of 20-50% return on each signal. The exact return you achieve will be determined by market movements and your ability to action the signal.

Q. Why is the return I am offered lower/ higher returns than you state in the signal?

A. We aim to minimise the delay between placing our trades and getting the signal to you. However financial markets are constantly moving and as a result there will be occasions where the stated return in the signal differs from the actual return you can achieve.

Q. How can I contact you?

A. You can contact us by using the contact form on this website.

Q. How can I cancel membership?

A. You can cancel your membership at any time by cancelling your subscription in PayPal. Once we receive notification no further debits will be made from your account. You will continue to receive signals until your subscription expiry. We regret that we do not offer partial subscription refunds.

Trading and Risk

Q. How much money should I trade the service with?

A. Trading and betting price movements on the financial markets is risky. Risk tolerance varies for each individual. It is however worth reiterating that you should never trade with money that you are not prepared to totally lose.

Q. How much should I risk on each trading signal?

A. Please read this in conjunction with the previous answer. On your ‘risked’ capital we recommended never risking more than 5% of your available trading capital per signal. This will help to minimise your account risk while allowing sufficient scope to increase your trading pot.

Q. Can I try the signals without risk first?

A. Yes. Binary.com offers a no risk virtual money account. You can use this to place the signals without having to open a live account. You will however still need to pay for the subscription cost to this service.
